Provide a clear introduction that tells the reader what the topic is and provides context, some indication of why it is important (not necessarily saying \u201cthis topic is important because\u201d), and how you are looking at it specifically. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
            Then let your discussion (body of the paper) reflect this structure clearly linking your thoughts and choices with the authors and context you get them from.  Works cited in your text must also be in the separate Works Cited page. Example of in-text citation: In thinking about the issue of excessive force, I agree with Cornel West who writes, \u201cThe NYPD was far too quick to use tear gas and deploy armored vehicles\u201d (West 2014, p 22). West\u2019s statement highlights the growing trend for more militarization of police forces around the country. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
            Make sure you write a clear conclusion, not repeating what you have written but reviewing it in a way that re-emphasizes its importance and says more needs to be done in this area. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
