Project required me to communicate with various<br \/>\ninternal stake holders and external vendors across Canada. My responsibilities<br \/>\nincluded requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, Testing and<br \/>\npresenting the solutions to the business for approval. The results were<br \/>\nsignificant, with increased customer engagement, retention rates, operational<br \/>\nefficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The app provides tools for analyzing various<br \/>\ninvestment options and allows users to save their portfolios securely on Amazon<br \/>\nWeb Services (AWS) for backup and easy access from multiple devices. The user<br \/>\njourney map and process design include user registration, dashboard, and<br \/>\ninvestment tracking, calculating investments, saving investment plans, user<br \/>\nsupport, data security, regular backups, continuous improvement, offline<br \/>\naccess, and account deactivation.
