the highlights or significant insights they recognized while learning<\/span>
the material. It is also an opportunity for them to discuss how the<\/span>
information has impacted them personally<\/b> so as to build self-awareness.<\/span>
The reflection paper also allows the instructor to see where each<\/span>
individual student is and adjust the material or feedback to the student<\/span>
or class as needed to continue to help students gain competency of the<\/span>
material. <\/span>
