I would like to explain to them in general what is. a Ph.D. program. Also, give them some facts. statements about opportunities that a Ph.D. holder can do other than academia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>everyone has the idea that a doctorate degree is only for faculty members and academians.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I would like to see some facts about the main benefits of being a researcher and a doctorate graduate.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>and the career opportunities as well as the program itself and how is it structured. what do Phd students go through?&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>from my point of view I love it, because am studying a major that is very useful for me. which is learning about organizational behaviors and how can improve and with that we can impact global change and leadership.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>a background touch about me and why I joined the program is that because we have a family business that requires a specialties doctorate graduate level qualification to become a board. member.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>so am doing what I like for what I want. However, I would like to motivate my colleagues to pursue their higher education and give them insight information about the above perspectives.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>thank you.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>(Examples \/ Facts ) would be great for people who graduated at a doctorate level and working or part of a practice that is other than Academia. it can be as one slide called (facts)<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I will present this to my colleague at work.
