REPORT FeedBack: You need to support your background, vision, mission, etc much more with reference sources.  For example your first image from the Economist only goes up to 2016, pre-COVID, very out of date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Market segmentation is just descriptive, you need to actually give data on how they are actually segmenting, what segments do they actually have and are serving.   Almost none of your segmentation work is supported. (You have similar comments from me on your other assignment.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Your brand identity is unsupported you must research this thoroughly not just describe it. (You have similar comments from me on your other assignment.)<\/span><\/p>\n

CBBE, again you just describe the stages, rather than actually apply the theory.  You must support what you say with facts and figures (You have similar comments from me on your other assignment.)<\/span><\/p>\n

PEST is far too brief and doesn\u2019t go into any depth, use IBIS world, passport etc to help you as this is largely unsupported.  (You have similar comments from me on your other assignment.)<\/span><\/p>\n

You need to identify key challenges (5-10), this section is far too light, I think the reason you\u2019re struggling here is that your analysis isn\u2019t detailed enough yet, this is was a similar problem with your brand plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you\u2019ve addressed the challenge you\u2019ll be in a much better position to make suitable recommendations that must be supported.<\/span><\/p>\n

Remember this is report format, some for reads more like an essay.<\/span><\/p>\n

Look at the mark allocation, you will see why I\u2019m so concerned to see you action all of this points.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you\u2019ve done all this you need to create your pecha kucha  presentation, what you have in the appendix seems to be mixture of slides, much of which don\u2019t seem suitable.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRESENTAION AND NOTES FeedBack: <\/span>you need to action all of my comments on the group report, once you\u2019ve done that then you\u2019ll be a position to rewrite the presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The presentation lacks depth, much of the time you are just describing rather than bring a true analysis to your work.<\/span><\/p>\n

You must use citations throughout your work, within the slides and one reference slide at the end.  I can\u2019t see any citations within your work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Focus on the issues, rather than describing background.  The speakers notes don\u2019t really help me understand what information you are going to convey, but it does seem to be far to general.<\/span><\/p>\n

Slide 5 rather than show the SWOT image, I would use the space to focus more on the analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Slide 14 I\u2019m not clear where this analysis has come from.   Is this your own from reputable sources?<\/span><\/p>\n

Important note – Your lack of original work troubles me as you\u2019re veering back into the realm of academic miscount again.  For example.<\/span><\/p>\n

Slide 15 is copied directly from <\/span>https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/ArunachalamR1\/industry-analysis-airline-industry<\/a>, firstly, it\u2019s not referred, secondly is from 2013, your analysis should be contemporary.   Thirdly and perhaps most importantly, the <\/span>analysis must be your own<\/u>, this is someone else analysis of the airline industry.  (I\u2019ve said this about a lot of your work, please make your analysis your own)<\/span><\/p>\n

Slide 16 is confusing to me, firstly this is for Levis, not the organization you are examining.   Secondly, and I\u2019ve said this a few times, you must have your own analysis.   If you want to use brand prism, that\u2019s fine, but you must build up the elements yourself, not take someone else\u2019s. (again I\u2019ve given this feedback in other aspects of your work)<\/span><\/p>\n

Slide 19, does not indicate that the brand is global, for that I would use information such as brand Valuation (please note this is not Sales, but the brand valuation metrics we talked about in class).  The image you are using is from <\/span>https:\/\/www.businesstraveller.com\/business-travel\/2018\/04\/26\/qatar-airways-celebrates-15-years-manchester-fare-promotion\/<\/a>, perhaps not the most suitable source, but it is 5 years out of date, keep your work contemporary.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve said this a few times you need to use reputable sources in your work, IBIS world, Passport, don\u2019t use google to search for this information.   This has been a common problem with all the work you\u2019ve shown me.   I think you\u2019re relying on google and getting theory and analysis totally wrong.   Read the textbook and the library material that was demonstrated in class by Abbie and Siobhan that way you can be comfortable that your analysis is valid.<\/span><\/p>\n
