\nlandscape, risk management is an area that stands out as one of the most
\nimportant practices. Complex conditions present the practitioner with an
\nenvironment laden with an increasing level of risk – risk associated not only
\nwith the individual causes of complexity, but also by the interdependency and
\ncombinations of a program\u2019s or project\u2019s identified risks. Additionally, the
\nexistence of a greater level of unpredictable, unidentifiable, emergent risk
\npresents a particular challenge to the practitioner. Early risk analysis and
\nassessment followed by continuous and iterative risk management are conceivably
\nthe most important activities to be performed when managing programs and
\nprojects with complexity.<\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>As the Project Risk Manager
