The nursing licensure exam is only administered twice a year(November and March). Given only there are two chances to take the nursing exam it is a lot of pressure for new grads to pass it. Philippines being one of the top provider of nurses worldwide there are a lot of filipinos taking it and not successful in their first try, these students end up looking for other jobs because of the wait for the next exam. What are the chances of increasing the chances to take the licensure exam also help new grads stick with the nursing field because they do not have to wait that long. This is I want to focus the study on for my research proposal&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I have also attached a format on how it is to be written.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For the reason and justification &#8211; Need to cite at least 2<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For the Contribution to nursing &#8211; need to have separate bullets for Practice, Education and Research<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If anything is unclear please let me know.
