  This is the final Dissertation project, a proposal for which has already been submitted by me. I have made a questionnaire and distributed, and you will be using qualitative methodology to analyse it’s data for this project work. <\/p>\n

 <\/span>Here is the Assignment brief of the work to be done for the final Dissertation project:<\/span><\/div>\n
Students are required to produce an individual research project which addresses their
\nresearch question developed in the Applied Proposal. The Applied Project should be 7000
\nwords- excluding citations, reference list and bibliography. The Applied Project should
\ninclude:
\n\u2022 Analysis of data
\n\u2022 Discussion and interpretation of data
\n\u2022 Conclusions\/recommendations
\n\u2022 Reflection
\nInclude a 500-word summary of your Applied Proposal at the beginning of your
\nassignment. This should include a precis of background\/context, objectives, conceptual
\nframework, and methodology. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WORD COUNT.  <\/p>\n
  Analysis of the Data (2000 words)<\/u>
\nThis presents the application of your chosen methods or techniques to your raw data to
\ngenerate data summaries and findings. Examples of such techniques are Chi Square test
\nand Content Analysis. The outcome of your analysis provides the evidence that supports
\nthe answer to your research questions. This section of the dissertation is about finding
\nthings out by research, rather than discovering \u201cready-made\u201d results reported in the
\nliterature. The findings of the research undertaken should be presented in a clear and
\nunambiguous manner. Diagrams, charts, and tables should be employed, where
\nappropriate, to aid the reader in understanding these findings. <\/div>\n
 Interpreting the Research Material (3000 words<\/u>)
\nThis should focus on drawing together the findings that have emerged from your analysis
\nand relating them to other previous studies identified earlier in the literature review. In
\nthis chapter you are expected to show your capacity for reflective and logical argument.
\nThis might include validating specific hypotheses advanced at the outset of the study or
\nsummarising the degree to which assumptions advanced in the literature appear to be
\nborne out or contradicted by the findings. The interpretation of the research material
\nreflects your understanding of and your insights into the processes. <\/div>\n
Conclusions (1000 words)<\/u> <\/p>\n

Your final conclusions should relate back to the aim and objectives of the study stated at
\nthe Introduction. These should be strategic conclusions. They summarise your judgement
\non the implications of the research outcomes to management and professional practice,
\nwhat options should be taken or what should be done in response to your strategic
\nquestions. The strategic conclusions should be based on the new insight provided by your
\nresearch findings.<\/p><\/div>\n

 Reflection (1000 words)<\/u> <\/p>\n

Personal critical reflection demonstrates critical analysis of professional development,
\nlearning and forward planning derived from the unit. Your reflection should include:
\n-an identification and explanation of critical incidents,
\n-relate the incidents to your own skills, professional experience, and discipline knowledge
\n-reframe future practice and professional understanding.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
