The project will be an analytical review of the cultural diversity initiative in a school district using the seven principles of cultural responsive practices of teacher attitudes and perceptions. The study will be a pilot looking at two of the principles (classroom management and appearance) of about 6 classrooms, two at each level (primary, middle and high) using surveys, interviews and classroom observations. I will collect the data and conduct the observations and turn them into the written when they are complete. I will need different parts of the project completed over the year and would like to work closely and collaboratively with a writer.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">A PhD dissertation of 100 to 150 pages.<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The goal for my research completion is in about a year from now.
