The current state of the chosen organization\u2019s workforce will be<br \/>\nexamined and plans to meet organizational goals will be detailed. The workforce<br \/>\nplan will describe the process that a human resource manager must take in order<br \/>\nto achieve the desired results, supported by scholarly research. The final<br \/>\nartifact will be a document worthy of presentation to future employers as a<br \/>\nmethodical approach in identifying and resolving talent development and<br \/>\nworkforce planning discrepancies. The proposed workforce plan should cover<br \/>\ntalent development and workforce planning as they relate to the organizational<br \/>\ngoals of projected growth and projected reductions, as well as current staffing<br \/>\nlevel. The \u201cbig picture\u201d view is to determine, from an HR standpoint, where the<br \/>\ncompany wants to go, assess where they are at currently, and design a plan to<br \/>\nget from where they are to where they want to be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 21pt; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><b style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.5pt; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Milestone Three Prompt<br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14.5pt; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Submit a 4\u20135 page paper exploring the recommendations for your<br \/>\nHuman Resources Workforce Plan. The format should be written in paragraph form<br \/>\nand should include valid evidence that supports the recommendations. These<br \/>\nrecommendations should support a company\u2019s strategic goals, leading the company<br \/>\nin its desired direction.
