      Course Project Case Study<\/span><\/b>: Mrs. Mason is a 79-year-old African American female who resides
      \nat an assisted living facility.  <\/span>She is
      \nwidowed with one son who lives nearby. 
      \n<\/span>Her medical diagnoses include congestive heart failure, hyperlipidemia, depression,
      \natrial fibrillation, and hypertension.  <\/span>Additional
      \npast medical history includes gestational diabetes (40 years ago), chickenpox
      \nas a child, and atelectasis (post-op in the past).  <\/span>She worked as a secretary for the local
      \npolice department but has been retired for 15 years.  <\/span>She ambulates independently with a walker and
      \nstandby assist and requires minimum assist during bathing.  <\/span>For the past two weeks, she complains of
      \nfeeling short of breath and is unable to tolerate ambulating to the dining room
      \nand around the facility.  <\/span>She enjoys
      \nattending group activities at the facility but has not joined the morning
      \nexercise group for the past week.  <\/span>She
      \nhas a recent weight gain of 2.5 kg. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
