The most advantageous event in American History, which was truly beneficial to the country or (b) the the greatest tragedy\/disaster in American History, which was truly detrimental to the well-being and\/or reputation of this country.  <\/span>To place it in the most elementary terms:  <\/span>What was the greatest or best thing ever to have taken place in American History or, in contra, what was the worst.<\/span><\/p>\n

Remember that the major goal of your writing is to prove something.  Therefore, you should establish, most likely in your first paragraph, a bona fide thesis statement.  I would recommend you use the following language:  “The purpose of this paper is to prove……..”  Then present your arguments or the findings of your research.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will find that essentially everything you write serves, in one way or another, to convince another person of your position.<\/span><\/p>\n

It may be helpful to review what is involved in composing a paper so that it is in conformity with the APA.  (I believe they are currently at the “7th Edition or Revision.”)  <\/span><\/p>\n

Papers are to be ten pages in length not counting a cover or title page, and the reference page, as to resources used.<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, you are to use, at the very minimum five resources be they a traditional publication in book form and\/or a resource as found on the internet.  Also each and every reference cited should be within that of a five year period. <\/span><\/p>\n

This paper is due August 21, 2023.  I would like to make it later but I have discovered it takes me a great deal of time to read what you have written.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paper, as presented, is well-written and \u201cflows\u201d as to thought and overall discussion.                                                  <\/span><\/p>\n

CATEGORY THREE<\/span><\/p>\n

It is error free as to general grammar, overall sentence structure and devoid of typographical error(s)           <\/span><\/p>\n

CATEGORY FOUR<\/span><\/p>\n

Paper appears to be in conformity as to what is required by the APA as to overall organization, structure, research citations and related mandates\/requirements                                           <\/span><\/p>\n

CATEGORY FIVE<\/span><\/p>\n

The paper is enjoyable to read and contains material therein which is thought provoking, revealing and informative.   There is a sequence of ideas which are effective as are the                transitions in writing                                                                      <\/span><\/p>\n

CATEGORY SIX<\/span><\/p>\n

Student clearly demonstrates, or illustrates within his\/her writing, an understanding as to the true nature of the major historical\/political issue in contention.                                 <\/span><\/p>\n

CATEGORY SEVEN<\/span><\/p>\n

The paper, as written, is thorough, analytical and most convincing.  It is most obvious that the student expended a considerable amount of time and effort into its                         <\/span><\/p>\n

CATEGORY EIGHT<\/span><\/p>\n

Student research, in preparation of the paper\/assignment, and the material\/quotes incorporated therein, appears to be relevant, \u201con point,\u201d and most appropriate for citation                                  <\/span><\/p>\n

CATEGORY NINE<\/span><\/p>\n

Student has prepared a thorough conclusion which directly relates to his\/her thesis statement                                        <\/span><\/p>\n
