So in this activity, we\u2019re going to research their global activity. Rather than writing about it, we\u2019re going to talk about it\u2014by creating some slides and a video presentation.<\/p>\n<p>To complete this assignment, you need to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a <strong>six-slide<\/strong>\u2013PowerPoint presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Take a video of yourself and your screen presenting those six slides in <strong>three to five minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What you need to cover in the video:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduce yourself.<\/li>\n<li>Identify your internship company and a specific country to analyze your brand\u2019s global market.\n<ul>\n<li>The country can be from Asia, South America, Europe, the Middle East, or anywhere else on the globe.<\/li>\n<li>The <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/content.bridgepointeducation.com\/curriculum\/file\/54e5dc9d-579f-4d15-95b7-94cec0b4e167\/1\/Country%20Profiles%20in%20the%20UAGC%20Library.pdf\"><u><em>Country Profiles in the UAGC LibraryLinks to an external site.<\/em><\/u><\/a> tip sheet may assist you with locating up-to-date country profile data easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Refer to <strong>Table 8.1<\/strong> of <strong>Chapter 8<\/strong>. Pitch two elements from each quadrant of actors and forces about your internship company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Helpful Tips<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify the countries your internship company does business in by checking out the corporate website or the latest annual report.<\/li>\n<li>Then, search your brand in business periodicals such as <em>Forbes<\/em> using country names or terms like \u201cforeign,\u201d \u201cglobal,\u201d or \u201cinternational.\u201d See which markets have been written about and select one.<\/li>\n<li>Think of forces and actors, and specific challenges the company faced entering the specific country\u2019s market (e.g., cultural norms, language barriers, local competition, government regulations, economic conditions, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Slide Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create six slides with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/writingcenter.uagc.edu\/how-make-powerpoint-presentation\"><u><em>Microsoft Powerpoint<\/em><\/u><u>Links to an external site.<\/u><\/a>, Google Slides, or another tool of your choice.<\/li>\n<li>Structure your slides as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>Slide 1 \u2013 Include your name, internship company, country or market.<\/li>\n<li>Slides 2 to 5 \u2013 Include two elements of each quadrant from Table 8.1, with highlights of your discussion points related to your internship brand, on each slide.<\/li>\n<li>Slide 6 \u2013 Provide a nice summary of your brand\u2019s global presence in the country of your choice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Must be only 6 slides (See the tab below Formatting Requirements for more details).<\/li>\n<li>Save your slides as a PDF file and then upload the PDF version of your slide in Waypoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Video Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The screencast video needs to capture you, with web camera turned on, presenting your slides that covers the criteria of this assignment (see the tab below Presentation Best Practices for more details).<\/li>\n<li>Below are two common programs that you can use to record your screencast video presentation:\n<ul>\n<li>Screencast-O-Matic.
