The assignment is a critical analysis of inter-jurisdictional endeavours, primarily as it relates to England, the EU and international law, to combat financial crime.<\/p>\n

The use of local law from other jurisdictions is permitted as a comparison to English\/EU\/International law<\/span>. However, the discussion of local law should not exceed 10-15% of the total word count.<\/span><\/div>\n

In the attachment below is a summary of the proposed assignment, together with the formatting requirements.  There is a short bibliography referencing sources used to write the proposal. These sources can be used (or not) in the analysis. There is no minimum requirement for sources used. However, there should be a robust selection of literature, case law and statutes used to thoroughly support the analysis.<\/span><\/div>\n
