HERE IS YOUR START: My goal was to abstain from social media. I had to modify it because of the live streamed spiritual lessons I watch. It was not extremely because I only have a Facebook account. I am not one of those people who constantly posting about my life. I normally scroll through the feed and watch funny videos or see funny post and send them to friends and family. <\/b><\/div>\n

  • A summary of your experience with abstinence, including its effects (positive and negative) on those you live with or those closest to you (family, friends, etc.). Include your overall progress, such as successes, relapse(s), or even failure to abstain.\n
