You will compose an <\/span>Ignite-Style <\/span>speech, which is a 4-5 minute live speech with 15-20 slides. A 5 minute speech is usually around 500 words.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Include carefully selected, non-pixelated imagery. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        I suggest images with a creative commons license, such as ones from the website https:\/\/unsplash.com\/ <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        You may use <\/span>one<\/span> small note card with text written on <\/span>one<\/span> side.  (NO cellphones as notecards. You will be marked down if you focus too much attention on your notecard.)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Your Slideshow <\/span>must<\/span> be formatted as a Google Presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Include a Works Cited list at the end of the slides.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Incorporate your personal experience in some way. This speech should demonstrate and articulate your unique point of view. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            You need at least 3 sources and 1 needs to be a scholarly source. You are using these sources to support your ideas, so the dominant voice should be your own!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
