Glassdoor provides anonymous posts by current and former employees revealing current information on company culture, salary comparisons, CEO approval ratings, interviews, and more. Let\u2019s say you wish to know what LinkedIn is like as an employer and how happy applicants are with LinkedIn\u2019s interview process. You would search for information about the company by its name and could refine your search by targeting a specific job title and location. You would see that at 4.4 (on a 5.0 scale), the career network has a high rating overall and that its CEO Ryan Roslansky has achieved an 86 percent approval rating\u2014less than former CEO and current executive chairman Jeff Weiner, who had enjoyed 98 percent approval.<\/p>\n
