I would expect you may want to look at the ideas of Plato, Machiavelli, Lao Tze, De Tocquevile, and Confucius, to name a few, but certainly feel free to use others if you like. Then draw connections back to your original post in week one when you identified and wrote about two different leadership theories. How are they similar or dissimilar? Can you identify common themes or threads? What is the cultural significance of each? What resonates with you? Which are more practical or useful in its application to Athletic Administration as either a coach or administrator?
