Assignment Prompt:<\/p>\n

For Project 4, your assignment will be in Chapters 8 and
\n9.  <\/span>For the next two weeks, you will be
\nusing the attached Excel Spreadsheet workbook to answer 6 data analysis
\nquestions.  <\/span>There are 6 tabs on the excel
\nworkbook, one for each of the 6 questions you will be answering.  <\/span>The first three tabs (1, 2, & 3) relate
\nto Chapter 8 (Forecasting and demand planning) while tabs 4, 5, and 6 relate to
\ncalculations you will be completing regarding chapter 9 (Inventory
\nmanagement).  <\/span>The 6 calculation problems
\nyou will complete are all referenced back to an example in chapters 8 and
\n9.  <\/span>For most of the tabs, there are
\nmultiple tasks to complete, all are sequential, so complete them in order.  <\/span>The point values for each problem are in the
\ninstructions.<\/p>\n

To receive full credit, you must use formulas to calculate
\nanswers. If your Excel formulas skills are rusty, a hyperlink is provided below
\nto short tutorials in GCFLearnFree.org where you can brush up on inserting
\nformulas, summing tables of data, etc. 
\n<\/span>It is recommended that you review these early in Week 7. <\/p>\n
