Specifically the following critical elements must be addressed:<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Analyze the extent to which <\/span>educational resources<\/span> <\/span>and materials are available in languages other than English. Be sure to provide specific examples.<\/li>\n
    3. Assess organizational staff <\/span>training<\/span> <\/span>on patient engagement and communications for its potential to foster cultural competence. Be sure to provide evidence to support your claims.<\/li>\n
    4. Identify <\/span>gaps or deficiencies<\/span> <\/span>that may exist in the organization\u2019s patient engagement and communications strategies, and provide evidence to support your claims.
