Each virtual clinical group will choose a \u201ccommunity\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>2. This is an obstetrics and pediatric focus paper. The project must speak to how social<br \/>\ndeterminants of health and health disparities affect the health and well-being of the<br \/>\nmaternal-child population.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>3. As a group, do a survey of the \u201ccommunity\u201d using the objectives of this experience<br \/>\nand rubric as your guide.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>4. The student will search the databases of NYS DOH, NYC DOH, And CDC websites<br \/>\nfor factors that contribute to health disparities and accessibility to healthcare,<br \/>\ndetermine a cause, and compile a report for submission during the final week of this<br \/>\ncourse (see Rubric)&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>5. As a group, your report will be a written report of the survey to your instructor. Use&nbsp; the Learning Outcomes as your guide to structure your report (See rubric)<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;6.
