This task requires you to think about the CPD activities you did.  Here are some tips for writing your reflection:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>       <\/span>Say what the activity involved \u2013 is it an area where you lack confidence or experience?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>       <\/span>Identify what you learned from the activity \u2013 was it useful or interesting?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>       <\/span>Consider how the activity will benefit you in the future e.g. making group presentations or communicating with customers<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>       <\/span>What have you learned about your strengths, weaknesses or development needs along the way?<\/span><\/p>\n
