Task: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For this assignment, you will submit a 3 – 5 page paper plus the title page and reference page. <\/span><\/span>An abstract is not required. A total of five (5) to seven (7) pages only! All assignment instruction and rubric requirements must be within the recommended page limit.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Carefully reflect on your experiential learning, education intervention and evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Provide a background overview (short summary) that includes the topic, population, and evidence-based rationale for selecting this education project. One (1) to two (2) paragraphs only. (***Note: You may use your project paper from <\/span>Community Health<\/em> <\/span>as a guide to write your background overview [Nursing Deficit Diagnosis, Healthy People 2030 goal, and PICO(T) question. Use the rubric with this assignment. <\/span>(Do not just copy and paste everything from your <\/span>Community<\/em> <\/span>paper.) <\/span><\/strong>The headings from the Community Final paper should not be included. (50 points). <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Provide a report of the implementation of your education intervention. (75 points). Include where you implemented your education. Include:<\/span> <\/span><\/span>The number of your participants. Include how you performed your education (PowerPoint, video, brochure handouts, etc.). 2 Participants via powerpoint<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Provide a report of the evaluation method of your education intervention.  This is the most important part of your paper (100 points). <\/span>The report should include all criteria of evaluation of the intervention: How did you evaluate participants’ learning and your project? [Include a copy of your pre and post-tests, surveys, or questionnaires as a table, graph, or appendix. You may also include direct quotes from participants (anonymously)]. What were your results? Was the teaching intervention a success? What could be done differently?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Provide a concluding paragraph. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. References should be scholarly evidence within the past seven (7) years.  You must <\/span>include at least one nursing journal<\/strong> <\/span>also within the past 7 years.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
