Invent your own original title for your essay. Do not use the title of the work of literature about which you are writing as your title. For example, you would write, \u201cPhoenix walks slowly because she is old,\u201d instead of \u201cPhoenix walked slowly because she was old.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">\n<li style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><\/span>Limit your use of directly quoted material. Your instructor wants to know that you can synthesize and analyze the material and write your own essay.
