A third participant in this struggle is science; physical, earth and medical science have always been the bedrock of our existence. Periodically one of these branches of science come to the fore. In the past four years government has imposed strict restrictions on business as a result of a pandemic virus. Government regulators have been involved, fulfilling their role.
