These are simply some ideas to help you identify your area of interest and focus on it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Once you identified the vision and scope of change you will use the TOC template proposed to work towards planning actions. You will eventually summarise your Theory of change in a short report accompanying the diagram, including:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">\n<li style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Description of the intervention (scope, aim and your main objectives) as well as provide a basic context in which the change is aimed at \/ the need for it.<br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Fill in the template provided (Miro link) to apply the \u2018Theory of change\u2019 approach in structuring your plan and managing how you can achieve your goal through specific activities and engaging with others, working backwards. You will find further guidance on the template itself on applying a step-by-step approach to it. You can use the Tutorial time to discuss any questions with the Module lead.<br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Finally, \u2018synthesise\u2019 the points made on the Miro Template in the format&nbsp; of a short written description of the work, in the form of a slideshow with added text, summarising key points of each component of the \u2018tool\u2019 .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Provide a discussion session with your reflection on extent of achieving expected social-economic, environmental outcomes (directly or indirectly) across through your policy\/business strategy\/ intervention described. Add brief comments on use of the tool for you and your context.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1rem; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: 0.875rem; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Word limit:<\/span><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span>2000-3000max for text added (excl. bibliography\/References if any).
