The <\/span>Internal Analysis<\/em> is a necessary step to assessing any organizational process. To accurately assess the internal environment, the group must do primary data gathering. The team will need to gather data related to their chosen OB process directly from the organization, in addition to readings and online sources. <\/span>This means the group will need to conduct interviews with the student that works for the company (or other employees the team may choose to interview) and gather data through the company website and other forms of media.<\/strong><\/p>\n Teams will need to collect data on culture, attitudes, willingness to change, and competencies in the client organization as it applies to their project. This may be done through interviews or phone conversations, so include a summary of sources used such as interviews. Make sure to properly cite interviews if that is your method of data collection (personal communications).<\/p>\n An example of a personal communication citation: (T. Note that this does not go into the reference list because this is not publicly available information that one can find out more about.<\/p>\n Also, provide a summary of the team\u2019s <\/span>findings<\/em> <\/span>based on the group\u2019s analysis<\/strong> <\/span>(What do the interview responses tell you about the process in the organization and how has it been impacted by COVID-19?).
