Also, research and locate a news

\nto 24 months)<\/span> that is affecting the company in the wake of Ashford University
\nand posing a challenge to its strategy. Challenges come in many different forms
\nand could be positive or negative. You may discover leadership issues, legal or
\nlegislative issues, environmental challenges, human resource concerns, product
\ndesign and research challenges, growth challenges, or possibly financial
\nissues. Keep in mind that the identified challenge will be the core of the
\nstrategic review.<\/span><\/p>\n

Section 2<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Now that you have a
\nbroad knowledge of your chosen organization, it is time to dig a bit deeper
\ninto the structure and the process by which decisions are made within the
\ncompany. Define the specific organizational design and the governance structure
\nof the chosen company. Support your choices with specific examples and research.<\/span><\/p>\n

Section 3<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Develop a SWOT analysis targeting specifics of the
\norganization that will impact the potential outcomes of the challenge.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Define one or two findings for each section of the
\nSWOT analysis that would be pertinent and specific to the outcome of the
\nchallenge identified.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

provide
\na definition for the section,<\/span><\/p>\n

define
\na characteristic of the organization for the section and use the defined
\nquestioning as the catalyst for the characteristic and then, tell why that
\nfinding is important to resolving the challenge.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

briefly discussing the importance of the findings and how
\nthey will help reach a logical solution to the challenge and the possible type
\nof strategy that best fits the process.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The final section of the Capstone Paper must review the
\nchallenge and recommend a strategy for addressing the challenge based on
\nresearch. Along with the strategy, define the potential financial or budgetary
\nimpact the strategy might present, including the additional costs that may
\narise if the problem or issue is not resolved effectively. Describe the metrics
\nthat the organization might consider for measuring the outcomes of the strategy
\nutilized to resolve the challenge<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

It should begin with an
\nexecutive summary, which is an abbreviated capture of the entire paper and as
\nsuch should touch upon all major points while engaging the reader. The paper
\nshould close with a proper conclusion summarizing the concepts discussed in the
\npaper. Remember, the summary is not a reiteration of the assignment
\nrequirements but a focus on the concepts and strategies related to the defined
\norganizational challenge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your paper must be at a minimum of 10 pages in
\nlength <\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span>(<\/span><\/em>excluding the title and reference pages)<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b> and
\nformatted according to APA style guidelines as outlined in the Writing Center.
\nIn addition, you must use at least five scholarly sources to support and defend
\ntheories that is no more than 5 to 10 years old,<\/span> <\/b>informational resources to define and
\ndescribe the organization, and the course text for further support. Remember to
\nincorporate information that you have learned from this course as well as your
