Without<br \/>\ncommunication, the business will lack a healthy foundation. For example,<br \/>\n if I owned my own business and had my workers sign an agreement to<br \/>\nagree to a schedule being closed on Sunday, but my co-owner was unaware<br \/>\nof this policy, and had the workers work on Sunday, this would be a<br \/>\ndisaster in the work environment. While that seems like a simple example<br \/>\n and fix, it is a crack in the foundation. Companies that have spotty<br \/>\ncommunication will miss things they need to work on because<br \/>\ncommunication is the biggest key to all efficiencies. When there is a<br \/>\nlack of communication, there is a lack of interest to make anything<br \/>\nbetter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">In my current job, we must communicate effectively to the agents who<br \/>\nsupport the consumer. The reason this is so important is because if the<br \/>\ninformation that is given is faulty or not complete, we end up having a<br \/>\nbad customer experience and that can cause greater issues down the line.<br \/>\n Having all the information available to the agent and easily given to<br \/>\nthe customer will help with the overall experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">Commincation is key!<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">3.<br \/>\nRespond to this (50 words Minimum)<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">To run a successful business, you need customers. Without them, you<br \/>\nwill not have a business. Keeping them is the next priority. People have<br \/>\n many choices nowadays and how you treat them can easily make or break<br \/>\nyour business. Communication from both the customer and business is key.<br \/>\n You have to be clear and concise in what you say, and continually<br \/>\nprovide great customer service because all it takes is one bad time for a<br \/>\n customer to say \u2013 no more, not going back. Making sure you listen to<br \/>\nthe customer and let them know they are valued as a customer. If they do<br \/>\n not feel valued, they will not come back.<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">I worked from home for a transcription company and it had the most<br \/>\nineffective communication I have ever seen and dealt with. This company<br \/>\nhad thousands of accounts all over the U.S. A few years ago, the company<br \/>\n was hit with a Malware attack that brought the company to its knees. We<br \/>\n could not transcribe anything but the doctors could still dictate as<br \/>\nthat software was on a different platform, so work was coming in but<br \/>\nnone was going out. In the end, the company lost almost $100 million in<br \/>\nrevenue. For over a month we had no nothing from them \u2013 no calls, no<br \/>\nemails. If you called and got through, you got the standard \u201cjust hang<br \/>\non, we are working on it.\u201d That does not pay bills so a lot of people<br \/>\nwent to other companies. When the system finally did come back up, it<br \/>\nwas a new system we had no training on, management never apologized, but<br \/>\n they did make a lot of empty promises on pay and overtime so that we<br \/>\nwould work to get caught up. After all of those empty promises and not<br \/>\nfollowing through on them, a lot of us left permanently. I can also say<br \/>\nthat it was not just employees who left, but long term clients who had<br \/>\nno faith in their company anymore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">How you treat your employees or even your customers counts if you<br \/>\nwant to retain them. You want to make sure that effective communication<br \/>\nis done so that the client feels valued. Be clear and concise in how you<br \/>\n deal with them. Don\u2019t be afraid to tell them the truth, treat them with<br \/>\n respect. In the end, you want customer loyalty and your customer to<br \/>\nstay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
