Discuss organizations that have gone through the assessment and won the award.  How long did it take them to improve from the beginning of their assessment process to the point of achieving award recognition?   <\/p>\n

Look at aligned State Quality Award Assessment processes (most all states now have their equivalent or similar organizational excellence assessment tool developed based on the MBNQS, like Texas or even Iowa\u2019s (Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence).  These are entry points for organizations to begin a structured continual improvement organizational development initiative often spear headed by HR.<\/p>\n

How did these assessment tools provide a structure shared system of analysis, and program improvement to help organizations at various sizes and levels (e.g., business small and large, schools, government organizations, Nonprofit organizations, etc.) improve their operations, customer service, and organization culture-work life?<\/p>\n
