However, since Allbirds is an<br \/>\n     existing company with a supply chain that&#8217;s already producing and selling&nbsp;goods<br \/>\n     on the market. I figured we need to&nbsp;either develop a new product<br \/>\n     Allbirds can add to their portfolio or introduce a new process that<br \/>\n     enhances the capabilities of the existing supply chain.&nbsp;<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><b><span style=\"color: inherit; font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit; background-color: var(--color-6); cursor: auto;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 107%; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">My idea is to have Allbirds produce handmade,<br \/>\nhigh-quality shoes made from pure cashmere fabric ethically sourced from goats<br \/>\nliving in the Himalayas and Mongolia. Similar to JMM eyeglasses, the shoes<br \/>\nwould be made in small batches, greatly increasing the scarcity and the price,<br \/>\nadding to the novelty of the shoes. The typical customer would be<br \/>\nfashion-forward high net worth individuals.&nbsp;&nbsp;This product is a<br \/>\ncross-pollination idea that derived inspiration from Jacques Marie Mage (JMM),<br \/>\nthe aforementioned luxury eyewear manufacturer based in Los Angeles. Informed by the organizational system<br \/>\nand dynamics of the startup, the team should conduct research to develop and<br \/>\npropose an effective sustainability plan.
