should analyze the artifact from an Ethnic Studies lens. For example, how<\/span>
does this artifact relate to Ethnic Studies concepts that we\u2019ve learned in<\/span>
class such as racialization, whiteness, colonization, imperialism,<\/span>
microaggressions, intersectionality, etc.? Here, you should be specific and<\/span>
use evidence from the artifact in the form of quotes and vivid descriptions<\/span>
to justify your claims. Importantly, analysis requires you to<\/span> <\/span>interpret<\/span> <\/span>the<\/span>
most significant elements of the artifact rather than simply describe the<\/span>
artifact. In your conclusion, you should discuss the overall significance,<\/span>
relevance, and implications of your artifact, meaning why should we care<\/span>
about this artifact? In what ways is this artifact significant in our current<\/span>
moment? And, lastly, what are the implications (meaning the potential<\/span>
consequences or outcomes) of this artifact? For example, did the artifact<\/span>
raise awareness about an issue, did it persuade audiences of something,<\/span>
did it utilize unique and effective communication strategies?, etc\/\/\/<\/span>
