Your journal assignment for this unit is to design a wireless network. A college building has just been renovated to include faculty offices and two new classrooms. The only wired access is in the administrator\u2019s office (not shown). The wired network allows access to the internet. The wired network connections are in the wiring closet, which are shown in the diagram at the intersection of the two hallways.<\/span><\/p>\n

Five faculty members will be issued laptop computers with network interface controllers (NICs). The faculty members want to use their laptops in their classrooms and offices. There are also comfortable chairs in the hallways, and faculty would like to use their laptops in the hallways as well. Students will use their personal devices in the two classrooms and in the hallway. Each classroom needs to provide enough wireless connections to accommodate 30 students, and the faculty would like access to the internet.<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Discuss the cloud components that will be included in the design. Also, compare and contrast the wireless protocols used. Explain the resources, emulator, and security measures for the client-side virtualization.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Explain what standards, configuration settings, and policies are required for the wireless network.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
