I  am writing my thesis – the topic is :<\/span><\/p>\n

THE INVESTIGATION MECHANISMS OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS USE IN SYRIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY\u00b4S RESPONSE<\/span><\/p>\n

I have most of the work done already, but I am having problem with this part of my thesis. I need an inspiration. So please write about these 4 things:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Generally how states circumvent or block processes or standards that do not suit them (norm violations, obstructions): <\/span>in which area it usually is or it has been, <\/span>how do they block it, avoid it, circumvent it, etc. and <\/span>how does the international community react to it, or what are the instruments of coercion, punishment…<\/span><\/p>\n

General models of how states behave when they want to avoid something and what are the tools to force them to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. <\/span>Comparison of cases of circumvention and non-compliance with standards and norms<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Consequences of violation and possible tools to enforce compliance with standards and norms<\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/span> To what extent does the situation surrounding the investigation of chemical attacks conform to some kind of standard formula or deviate from it. And if the international community has other options that it did not use, if it used something new\/innovative, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n
