\nof Corporate Social (CSR) responsibility. CSR has

\napplicable to the case analysis.
\nExamples are Corporate Social Responsibility
\n(CSR) (Carroll’s CSR Pyramid) or shared value \/
\nPorter, for example). The Bazerman models
\npresent another important perspective, explaining
\nhow unethical actions may evolve.
\nWe need to remember that for profit firms must
\nbe profitable in order to be able to operate
\nefficiently and meet the goals of their
\nstakeholders (it is one of their main goals). Legal
\nethics refers to the fact that companies have to
\nobserve laws. Bevond these two factors,
\ncompanies have to be moral, make fair and just
\ndecision, and do not harm. They also should be
\ncharitable contribute to their communities. The paper should analyze the company using the
\ntheory, concepts, or framework of business
\nethics. Applying concepts to analyze situations is
\nvery important in honing analytical skills, an asset
\nin management.

\nthat communication skills are also important.

\nThe structure of the paper is Introduction\/Main
\nBody\/Conclusions and Bibliography. I recommend
\nstarting with an outline.

\n“introduced” in the Introduction along with the
\narguments you plan to present.
\nIn the main body, please offer definitions of
\nconcepts to be used, introduce the issue and
\nthen develop each argument in different sub-
\nsections.
\nFor this paper, I recommend you use the
\nquestions to quide you. You could use each
\nquestion to develop a subsection of the paper. I
\nalso recommend using the questions as subtitles,
