They should understand the different phases of the cycle, such as Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Bidding and Construction Documentation, and the different activities involved in each phase.<\/span><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">2 Analysis: Students should analyze and identify the roles and responsibilities of the architect, owner, and contractor in each phase of the Project Development Cycle. They should also identify the different contractual relationships that exist between the architect, owner, and contractor.<\/span><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">3 Graphical Representation: Students should create a graphical representation of the Project Development Cycle and the responsibilities of the architect, owner, and contractor for each phase. They can use flowcharts, diagrams, or other visual aids to illustrate the relationships and activities involved in each phase.<\/span><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">4 Case Study: Students should select a design project in the philippins and analyze how the Project Development Cycle was implemented and how the responsibilities of the architect, owner, and contractor were carried out. They should also identify any challenges or issues that arose during the project and how they were resolved.<\/span><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><br style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">5 Presentation: Students should present their graphical representation of the Project Development Cycle and the responsibilities of the architect, owner, and contractor for each phase.
