Considering the time period described in the readings, in what ways has the treatment of undocumented immigrants and asylum seekers violated their human rights and their rights to social, economic and environmental justice? In your response, provide two examples from the readings in Week 3, using a different source for each example. Be specific in explaining your examples. After each example, explain what human rights or principles of social, economic, or environmental justice have been violated, drawing from documents such as the UDHR, the definition of social justice, and the principles of environmental justice. <\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

While there is no maximum length limit, I expect you to make a direct and concise argument. Your initial post is due on Friday before midnight.<\/li>\n
  2. Citation and references list must be in APA 7 format.<\/li>\n
  3. You must post your initial response and reply to two (2) of your colleagues before midnight by the times indicated in the deliverables section for the current week in Blackboard. Each initial response must be no less than 300 words with two (2) citations (No quotes)<\/strong>, <\/strong>and each colleague response should be no less than 175 words, with one citation (No quotes)<\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  4. No replies (or incomplete\/partial replies) is minus a minimum 30 points from your grade.<\/li>\n
  5. Errors such as missing (or incomplete) citations, references, incorrect citations and\/or references, no title for reference list, incorrect word count, multiple grammar or spelling errors, etc., will be a minimum 15 point reduction.<\/li>\n
  6. CREATE UNIQUE REPLIES! <\/strong>if you use the same reply for both reply posts, you will receive a zero for the assignment.<\/li>\n
