\nManagement model used to assist a nominated client group (e.g., examining the
\nStrengths Based model in the context of community aged care). The word limit
\nfor this assessment is between 1800-2000 words, including in-text citations but
\nnot the reference list. You are encouraged to use sub-headings to structure
\nyour essay. In your essay you should include the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

\nmodel used in the context of your chosen client group.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nexamine a Case Management Model in a nominated health service setting. First,

\ncase management model to choose is one of those listed in Module 2.4, and you
\nhave the freedom to examine it within the context of a client group listed on
\nthe assessment sheet, or another client group of your choosing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>As
\nthis is a formal essay, you are expected to format and reference it
\nappropriately. It is recommended that you also use subheadings to structure the
\nessay to clearly identify the sections of the essay.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Pay
\nattention to the marking criteria to know the weighting of marks for each
\nsection. This will help you determine how and where to focus your writing. For
\ninstance, in previous years, students did very well with describing the model
\nand client group yet spent insufficient time critically examining it. Recommendations
\nwere also provided that didn\u2019t clearly link back to the limitation identified
