Welcome to Week 7! Construction<\/p>\n
In week 7 we looked at the
\ntopic of building a successful information system. We also looked on a
\nUse Case for an existing system. We also started to understand how the
\nprogram will interact with hardware. We will look further into
\ndeveloping a full system in the following week with the identification
\nof the system construction process and developing an information system
\n with a knowledge on how to develop documentation.<\/p>\n

Our lead developer was recently certified in Scrum, one of the agile methodologies,
\nand would like to try to manage this project using scrum.<\/p>\n
In order for her to do this, she needs us to rewrite the requirements list
\nyou previously created as user stories. Just to remind you, a user story looks
\nlike this:<\/p>\n
As a , I want so that I can <
\nfunctionality >.<\/p>\n
For example: As a taxi driver, I want directions so that I can quickly get
\nto my next customer.<\/p>\n
Please rewrite all of your requirements as user stories and I will pass it
\non to our development team.<\/p>\n

The developers have requested to view your testing plan for SIM. Can you
\ngive me a sample of the tests you are planning to run? Show me examples of the
\nunit tests, integration tests, and system tests.<\/p>\n
Also, have you developed the training plan? Who are you planning to train
\nand what functionality are you planning to teach the different classes of
\nusers?<\/p>\n

As we near the end of the development stage for SIM, I have
\nimplementation questions. How do you plan on rolling out the new SIM system?
\nWhich technique did you decide to use? Why do you think this the best
