Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to People Leaders with specific focus on employee advocacy\/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment.<\/p>\n

Training and developing function of human resource management appeals to me because it help employees learn the skills they need in their current roles and introduce leadership skills and software knowledge they will need in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s Degree from an accredited university or college,minimum of 5 years professional work in the Human Resources function with client-facing responsibilities including employee\/people leader development and performance management<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience working with Workday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Passionate employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping People Leaders succeed\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience working in an HR Shared Services Model\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Works collaboratively; excels in a matrixed work environment, contributes constructively to team performance\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement. Performs with a Lean mindset\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills\ufeff.<\/span><\/p>\n

How will you achieve this inside and outside of your college courses? I will achieve my degree by staying in school focus on my career I will also obtain the experience in human resources.<\/p>\n
