(a) Should I distribute
\nthe money to all 40 teachers<\/b>, or should I reward a select group who have
\nperformed exceptionally well<\/b>? <\/span><\/p>\n

(b) Should I pay
\nthe extra money as a separate one-off bonus<\/b> or in distinctive periodic
\ninstalments<\/b>, or should I simply increase the regular monthly salary<\/b>?
\nGive the manager advice for both the above points based on behavioural
