\nof potential regulations of the real-world Machine Learning deployments in the context
\nof arms control debate related to autonomous weapon systems (also known as
\n\u2018killer robots)<\/p>\n

The paper should give the framework for the
\nemergence of ML and AI in the context of advanced autonomous systems while
\nfocusing on weaponry systems.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Introduction: <\/b>should give opening to the topic and clearly state the focus of the paper, could start with killer robot related quote such as: “Human reactions to robots varies by culture and changes over time. In the United States we are terrified by killer robots. In Japan people want to snuggle with killer robots.” by Daniel H. Wilson<\/p>\n

Framework:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>This part should not only mention (likely the historical) framework, different outlooks on these outonomous systems. It should also mention all
\nthe key players that develop and use these systems and name the most major weapons
\nsuch as harpy, the Taranis, SGR-1 or KARGU, it should also name regulations for these autonmous systems that are at work. Lastly it can also mention also the movements related to the topic (like the one that want to ban it etc)<\/span><\/p>\n

Are the regulation in place sufficient if not how to possible change that? Is it even possible to regulate thse weapons? etc<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
