\ntransformations of the last decade (<\/span>https:\/\/hbr.org\/2019\/09\/the-top-20-business-transformations-of-the-last-decade<\/span><\/a><\/span>) or according to
\nindividual agreement(Netflix). The essay shall cover the following topics (based on
\nindividually searched internet sources):<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>introduction of
\nthe company<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>introduction of
\nthe type of change and the rationale for the change<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>the process and
\nstages of change<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>analysis of the
\ndriving and resisting forces behind the change<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>individual evaluation
\nof the change, what is good, what is bad, what you would have done differently
\nand how<\/span><\/p>\n

\ncopy and paste anything just maximum a few words and even for that we need to

\nof the change project (35%)<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>source use (15%)<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>structure (10%)<\/span><\/p>\n

–<\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>language and
\nmechanics (10%)<\/span><\/p>\n

Papers
\nlonger than 2,200 words lose 10 points. Papers shorter than 1,800 words fail
\nautomatically. Papers that do not contain a minimum of five (5) academic
\nsources fail automatically. Poor academic practice (e.g. quoting directly from
\nsources that exceeds 10% of the paper) will result in automatic fail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Academic conduct

Harvard-style
\nreferencing<\/span><\/b> needs to be used consistently throughout. Incomplete referencing
\nshall result in reporting the case to the Academic Conduct Officer, who keeps a
\nrecord of such violations. First offenders may resubmit their papers and may
\nreceive 50% at most. Repeated violations of academic standards shall be
\nsanctioned in line with the plagiarism regulations as detailed in the Student
\nHandbook.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Where
\nthe Academic Conduct Officer has reason to suspect that a piece of work
\nsubmitted by a student was wholly or in part written by someone other than the
\nstudent who submitted it, and this has not been disclosed by the student, they
\nmay call for the student to defend the work in a viva or a written
\ncomprehension test<\/b>. The burden of proof in such a viva or test will be upon
\nthe student to demonstrate to the examination panel\u2019s satisfaction his\/her full
\ncomprehension of the work s\/he has submitted. Failure to appear without
\nsatisfactory explanation will result in immediate failure of that assessment,
\nwith consequences of academic misconduct and application of sanctions.<\/span><\/p>\n
