The final exam for HIST 222 is a five paragraph essay.   This assignment should be done as a Word Doc, or as a Google Doc.  It should be doubled spaced.  Most likely, this will be 3 page paper.  At most, this would be 4 to 5 pages.  <\/div>\n
You must use AT LEAST three citations from outside sources for this essay. Of course, either text or any of the outside readings for the course would count as a source. If you would like to use a different source, that is fine also. You must have a Works Cited\/Bibliography page as the last page of this paper.  You may use MLA, APA, Chicago Style for your citations and Works Cited page.<\/div>\n
This essay will be worth 100 points.  Here is the grading rubric I will be using:<\/div>\n
10 Points: Clear Introduction Paragraph.<\/div>\n
20 Points: An obvious thesis statement.<\/div>\n
25 Points: Three body paragraphs, each centered around a topic that backs up your thesis.<\/div>\n
5 Points: Clear Conclusion Paragraph.<\/div>\n
10 Points: Clear, descriptive language.<\/div>\n
10 Points: Grammar\/Spelling<\/div>\n
10 Points: Three outside sources used, with citations.<\/div>\n
10 Points: Works CIted\/Bibliography page. <\/div>\n
