\nDescribe the competitive environment and its challenges. <\/span><\/p>\n

            4. Plan and define the development strategy of
\nyour organization in the below market <\/span>situations:<\/span><\/p>\n

\na non-distressed market such as before Covid 19 crisis; <\/span><\/p>\n

\na distressed market such as current market during Covid 19 and how to capture
\npost-crisis market <\/span><\/p>\n

            5. Prepare a max. 10-slide
\nPowerpoint presentation, describing the above and defend the business
\ndeveloment case to the Board. In other words, present in the most persuasive
\nway the business development plan in order to sell this project to the Board
\nand convince them to engage into it. <\/span><\/p>\n

            6. Having analysed and
\ndiscussed about the outcomes of your project, draw a conclusion to remark the
\nsignificance of your research findings. To identify key lessons you learned
\nfrom your analysis and findings. State what managerial impacts and academic contributions
\nthat your research paper is intended. <\/span>
