A significant challenge is more united services to address the complex needs of individuals with wounds. However, the WHO argues that interprofessional collaboration in education and practice is critical to providing the best patient care, enhancing clinical and health-related outcomes, and strengthening the health system.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This project is aimed to develop a universal<br \/>\nmodel for adopting a team approach to<br \/>\nwound care.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This project aims to<br \/>\nprovide recommendations for implementing a<br \/>\nteam approach to wound care within inpatient clinical<br \/>\nsettings and, through this, to develop a model for<br \/>\nadvocating the team approach toward decision-makers at<\/div>\n<div>national government levels.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please create and discuss a proposal for implementing an inpatient wound care team with a lead wound care nurse emphasis.
