\ncritique the HRM process using academic literature.<\/span>  <\/span>The poster must also evaluate how the process
\ncan improve the overall organisation in terms of the HRM issues covered by this
\nmodule.<\/span>   <\/span>Again, this should be
\nunderpinned by academic literature.<\/span>  <\/span>A
\nhigh marking poster is likely to include <\/span>at least 10 academic sources<\/b>
\nall correctly reference using Leeds Beckett Harvard referencing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The poster must incorporate graphic
\nelements with some text, but should not be text heavy, and be anchored in key
\nacademic discussions relevant to their chosen HR process.  <\/span>Information should be presented in a visually
\nengaging way.  <\/span>Graphical elements could
\ninclude tables, models, graphs, charts and images.  <\/span>The poster should be one item (i.e., not a
