If so, in what ways?&nbsp; If not, how did you determine that the article was unbiased?<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto; font-size: unset;\">A brief discussion of how the selected articles affected you as the reader.&nbsp; Did the articles directly impact your perceptions of the American political process?&nbsp; Did the authors change or reinforce your political views?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; font-size: unset;\"><strong style=\"cursor: auto; font-size: unset;\">SOURCES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; font-size: unset;\">Four or more articles from current, fact-checked news sources (online or hard copy) and\/or journals that cover national political news.&nbsp; The articles must have been published<span style=\"cursor: auto; font-size: unset;\">&nbsp;<\/span><u style=\"cursor: auto; font-size: unset;\">within the last two years (2021 \u2013 2023).<\/u>&nbsp; Students must select topics actively in the news and under debate during this period.&nbsp; The articles&#8217; information should cover opposing viewpoints on the one issue topic selected for analysis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The paper should contain the following: An introduction and discussion of the&nbsp;current&nbsp;and&nbsp;controversial&nbsp;topic.
