This Literature Review is part of my bachelor’s thesis. The topic is sustainability certification standards in the real economy. The research question is: What are the different sustainability certification standards, and how do they impact the real economy? <\/span><\/p>\n

I want to lay focus on voluntary certification standards, their impact on producing and non-producing firms and the reaction of financial firms (how important are certificates in investment decisions?)<\/div>\n

please follow this structure if possible: <\/div>\n

1.          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Introduction: Define the concepts of sustainability certification standards and of the real economy. Provide an overview of the importance of sustainability certification standards and their impact on the real economy. Define key terms and concepts related to sustainability certification standards and the real economy. Clearly state your research question and objectives.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Background: Provide a brief history of sustainability certification standards and their development. Describe the evolution of sustainability certification standards and the reasons behind their development.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Sustainability Certification Standards: Describe the different sustainability certification standards and their features. (maximum 5-6) Provide an overview of the major certification programs. For each standard, describe its objectives, requirements, and certification process.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Impact on the Real Economy: Describe the impact of sustainability certification standards on the real economy. Identify the economic, social, and environmental benefits and drawbacks of these standards. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Critical Analysis: Provide a critical analysis of the literature related to your research question. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the different sustainability certification standards and their impact on the real economy. Identify gaps in the literature and areas for future research.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conclusion: Summarize the key findings of the literature review. Emphasize the importance of sustainability certification standards and their impact on the real economy. Identify the main challenges and opportunities associated with sustainability certification standards.
