9), Mediated Communication (Chapter 10), Mass\n<\/div>\n
Communication (Chapter 11), and What Should a\n<\/div>\n
Communicator Do? (Chapter 12). This research will\n<\/div>\n
help you to frame the planning and implementation of\n<\/div>\n
your communication plan in your specific workplace.\n<\/div>\n
Your Research Summary should provide a synthesized\n<\/div>\n
summary of Strategic and Effective Organizational\n<\/div>\n
Communications related to your communication plan.\n<\/div>\n
How do you plan to use this research into practice, or\n<\/div>\n
what you have learned and how is it applicable?\n<\/div>\n
Research organizational communications to include at\n<\/div>\n
least one supportive resource that is specific to your\n<\/div>\n
workplace.\n<\/div>\n
As an example, if I work as a Curriculum Director in a\n<\/div>\n
Learning & Development corporate environment, I\n<\/div>\n
would research organizational research specific to that\n<\/div>\n
area. Whereas if I am an Educational Coach in the K12\n<\/div>\n
setting, or a professor in higher ed, my organizational\n<\/div>\n
research will be different.\n<\/div>\n

For this assessment, you should conduct a needs\n<\/div>\n
analysis of your professional workplace. The goal is\n<\/div>\n
to look for and identify any gaps so that you can\n<\/div>\n

setting. The analysis should connect to the research\n<\/div>\n
you have conducted and provide for a clear\n<\/div>\n

you\u2019ve intentionally and strategically planned\n<\/div>\n
development of the Communication Plan Tools.\n<\/div>\n
You are now ready to develop the Communication\n<\/div>\n
Plan Tools (\u201cStep 3\u201d) as the actual deliverables that\n<\/div>\n
you will implement within your specific workplace.\n<\/div>\n
Considering the research and your needs analysis,\n<\/div>\n
provide for 4-5 communication tools that you will\n<\/div>\n
utilize. The tools should be aligned and support your\n<\/div>\n
larger plan and the research.\n<\/div>\n
Formatting directions: Follow APA 7 guidelines.\n<\/div>\n
Communication Tools: format ranges on the tools\n<\/div>\n
developed, website, memos, PowerPoints, email\n<\/div>\n
campaign, crisis plan, as a few selected examples.\n<\/div>\n
